The Most Important Elements That Every Successful Person in Business Absolutely Needs to Know!

Ok, lets start with a recap of the 1st five elements....

1. Be honest.

This is, in my opinion, the most important element not only in business, but in every aspect of life! Master the truth of this truth, and you will have mastered the very internal longing that every human desires.

2. Create a Plan

We all know how important it is to have not only a plan, but a well thought out and soundly structured plan that is sturdy and well intended in its place, but maleuable for necessary changes if the situation calls for it to change. When you build a house, you need a plan...Can you imagine trying to build a house without a plan? What a mess that would be....plan your life, plan your business, plan your success!

3. Cover Your Needs

If your not taken care of...who will get your job done for you? Make sure your basic needs are met so you can continue to grow, (even if that means having a job while you work on your dream...) but make sure to work on your dream!) Spend much of your time fulfilling your needs, so you can spend the rest of your time fulfilling your dreams.”

4. Keep Advancing Your Goals

Goals are soooooo important! They give you a direction... If you had no direction, where would you go? Set your goals, and always remember to advance them!

5. Never Give Up

Sir Winston Churchill said it best.... “NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER...........GIVE UP!”

Additionally, The first 5 principles (in detail) can be found HERE AT THIS INCREDIBLE BUSINESS NETWORK THAT HAS EXPONENTIALLY HELPED MY ONLINE MARKETING EXPANSION!
Okay, so with those 5 incredibly powerful pieces of truth I have come to understand through certain experiences in a very short period of time, recapped and recovered, let’s move forward with the remaining most important things that every successful person in business needs to know!

6. Find Your Gift

Every human being has the ability to do within him/herself, tremendous and miraculous things, that even the human brain has a very hard time trying to comprehend. Every human being has within him/herself the capacity to create, develop and share a unique skill, quality and ability that is available to them at anytime they seek and call upon it’s power! You have a gift.... You are a gift. Find your gift within yourself, find what you love to do in life, (as long as it harms no other human being in any way whatsoever) and find a way to express yourself fully by utilizing and harnessing the power of your own personal gift!

There is no room for excuses created by yourself to suggest that you dont have a dynamic quality or gift....Just because you may not have found it yet, does not mean it does not exist, it simply means that you have not found it yet. Inside each and every one of us, lies immense potential and extreme value to achieve whatever our heart desires.

Find your gift, (within yourself) and learn to express it, and build upon it with resources, practice and effort, and use it in a way that will not harm any other human being, and you will be rewarded internally at a value that can not be measured by any source of monetary implications.

7. Work on Yourself Daily

This is one of the most important aspects that we should not take lightly when questioning it’s validity. We should seek deep within the statement of “work on yourself daily,” and see it for what it really is. It is an extremely beneficial statement that will guide you into the best you that is imaginable!

What does work on yourself mean? It means to first grab a sludgehammer and a pick axe, and go to town on all of the negative and detrimental thought patterns and belief systems you may have developed over your short life span as a human being, and tear down the walls on the ones that no longer serve your best interest.

The it means to grab some cement, some glue, a hammer, some steel plates, 2x4’s, and begin building your new and solid foundation of your best self. Which needs to be found inside, behind all the rubble, and then contemplated to reinforce it’s validity, and later built upon and made sound!

What does daily mean?
“DAILY!” - Every day, every single day! If you believe you are the best you can be at this very moment, I suggest you direct your ego into a different direction, because you are only limiting and hurting yourself. Work on yourself every single day, it will be the best decision and action you ever make in you life...except continuously by applying it on a daily basis.

8. Give Back

Make your primary focus in life based upon the principle of giving... If you give, you shall receive. Give double what you expect in return, and one day, your efforts will be more than doubled when it is time for your return. Dont expect it, just do it, and allow yourself to be open to receiving. We can call this karma, or action and reaction.

9. Create Your Own Destiny

If you believe that your life is merely ran by destiny or fait that is left out of your control, I invite you to quit everything you are doing and go sit in a dark room by yourself , only doing just enough to survive. Surely you could it...Surely you have the choice to quit your job, quit your family, quit your business, quit your school, and even so...you have the choice to quit your life. This is a well known fact.

Create your own destiny, dont rely on others’ opinions, thoughts, beliefs and ideas to rule and govern your own life. You are only on this planet once carrying your current name and body. Take care of all facets of yourself while you are here, choose what you want in your life, and what you feel is the right thing for you, and then go after it with sheer determination and practiced discipline and good intentions, and you shall achieve, one day, if in fair reason, what it is that you desire.
Be the artist in your life, and paint your own personal canvas! How do you want it to look?

10. And last but not least.... Surround yourself with like minded people whom have the best interest in your’s and their success!

A leader can do this quite well...become a leader!
A follower will fail at trying to establish this group of people, but a follower can learn to become a leader....learn, then lead.

Surround yourself with at least 1, if not 6 or 7 like minded people, (people whom have the same direction, life plan and goals as you do) and develop a perfect synchronistic plan and harmony within that group that will help you to create and maintain extremely high levels of success!

This is known as a mastermind group as stated by Napolean Hill, and this is what I am creating now in my own business. I understand the importance of this concept, and if you can grasp the very depth of the power that is created when you organize a group of people whom are interested in creating harmony and success within and for the entire group, with out selfishness or greed, then you will for surely be successful in every facet of your business. I know this because unconsciously I used this concept when I was a Regional Sales Director for an International Wireless company, and when I started for the highest producing real estate agency in San Diego... (I think I was 20..or maybe 19) and I saw the potential power that this concept holds within it’s walls!

It is limitless!

Apply this concept, and all of these concepts. Become a master of them, and you will become a master in business, and a master in life. And most important of all, practice humility. The ego, if directed wrongly, will injure and destroy.... Direct it properly, and you will find an endless and limitless chest of treasures that internally create and manifest everlasting happiness, peace, joy, love and prosperity!

The one thing that has helped me most in my life, which has sparked my own ability to even understand and implement these concepts, has been the learning and development of a concept that is not exactly released yet for learning, called 4th Dimensional Thinking, written and developed by a man who goes by the name of Arturo Carbajal. I am one of the results of practicing that concept, and it one that namely will be very beneficial to the entire world. You can check it out here when applying it to sales to enhance your profits...

Anyway, just as I somehow almost forgot last time, but will not forget this time, there is one primary aspect that must always be incorporated into your daily business life....and that is to always HAVE FUN!! You only live once with your name and body, live it well, live it happily, live it fulfilled!

Thank You and May You All Experience Peace, Prosperity, Harmony and Happiness!

What if you were an addict and you didnt know it?!

What does it mean to have addictive behavior?!

How many of us experience addictive behavior, or have experienced addictive behavior at some point in our lives?

When we think of addictive behavior, it may be easy to turn our shoulders and quietly reply to ourselves inside of our minds with a nonchalant statement such as, "addict, no....not me, Im not an addict, there's no way!" And then we continue on with our day not paying any further attention to the topic.

It is easy for us to see addictive behavior, or "addicts", only as the drunk fathers whom habitually beat their wives, weak after weak due to a long standing alcoholic abuse pattern.

Or we see addicts as the homeless woman on the street corner in busy downtown alley ways holding a cardboard sign, scraggled with hand written sympathy gestures, drooling on herself due to a lack of nutrition and an overconsumption of some sort of hallucinogenic, or meth based street drug.

And we also relate addictive behavior to the woman on the street corner with the 4 inch high heels and the black flashy fish net tights with bright red lipstick and a burning desire for some man to come by in his nice cadillac, pull out his billfold, and take her to the nearest hotel to get a quick partial fix to try and fill an inner void that burns holes inside millions of us every day.

And even the man with the shiny black shoes, and the flashy cadillac can be known as an addict, or having an addictive behavior for the inner urge to act on his impulses, leave the comfort of his family home, and go out in search for the women on the corner in an attempt to fill the very same void.

Are they all addicts?
Of course they are, they are all addicted to something, in one way or another. One is addicted to sex, the other to pleasure, the other to drugs, and another to alcohol, but even deeper than that, they are addicted to something that cant exactly be seen on the surface.
They are not the only ones....

What about the wife whom has an incessant desire to fill her closet with more shoes than she can wear in a month? And when those shoes no longer fill her desire, she gives them to goodwill or as a charity donation, and seeks out another pair to fill her desire, only to find out time and time again that they can only last for so long before she is unhappy again and in the need to buy more... Isn't she also an addict?

What about the executive chairman of a business, whom always feels the need to make his employees, whom have less "value" then him, (at least in the eyes of that particular business model) feel inferior and of a lesser status than him. How about the way he only speaks to those whom are important enough to not be spoken to, and if he speaks to anybody less than himself, he feels sickened, or invaluable himself....Isnt he also addicted to the status of himself?

What about the "nosy neighbor" that always starts conversations within the group of friends with, "did you see the way she did this yesterday? I cant believe it!" or with "I cant believe that guy, he is always doing this and doing that, and doing the other thing, dont you guys just hate him?"
I could go on forever here, and we know this, but I think you know what I mean when I talk about people that love to talk about other people...Arent they addicted to the gossip? Am I an addict for talking about those people?

What about the girlfriend who always wants the boyfriend to buy her roses, chocolates, cakes, food and fancy dinners, or else she wont open herself up to him and use her own body as a revenge tool against him....and what about the boyfriend who falls for this, and allows himself to be controlled...aren't they both addicts of their own behavior?

What about the greedy, angry 34 year old who always looks for mistakes in the check at the restaurant, just so he/she can start a confrontation with the waiter/waitress to receive a discount on the bill? Arent they also addicted to the drama and the money?

I could go on for hours, and hours, and maybe many more hours on this topic, and maybe I will another day, but the point is this...

There are many things in life that we easily become addicted to, and that's the truth.
It's not only the drug addicts and sexual predators, it's normal everyday human being like you and me that can easily be influenced by our own choices, and lead into creating and forming new addictive behaviors and patterns with anything from food and clothing, to sex, sleep, drama and tv shows.

Now, the question is...are we actually addicts, or is that just a title that was created to label certain behavioral patterns that we create by our habits and our unconscious and conscious practicing?

If you drink alcohol, and you drink it at least 3 times a week, in the eyes of a therapist, you are definitely and alcoholic-addict, right?
And even if If you feel the need to have one drink of alcohol once a week, then you are an addict..."but an under control addict" - at least in the eyes of therapists.

The funny thing, is that as soon as somebody can label a pattern or habit with a title, a case study, and a PHD to back it up, then you are now categorized along with all of the other hopeless humans in that sad life story, and you need to be on meds, therapy, counseling, or a treatment program the rest of your life, all in the meantime filling "their" pockets with cash, cash, and of course...more cash.

Now, I know what it means to be an addict. And I know what it means to be a sober.
And I know that I went from an extreme alcoholic, drug abusing, genetically defected, hopeless child that could never touch drugs or alcohol without getting into craziness because it was a disease I was labeled with and needed a lot of special attention and payment plans to cover them...to a defiant, hard headed, sober, happy, balanced guy that can drink a glass of wine happily once a week, once a month, once a year, or never, under the total control of myself. No prescriptions, no drugs, no counseling, no payment plans.

I went from a heavy user and abuser...to a heavy non-user and non-abuser, or rather, just a simple, sober, happy human being.

Of course it is true that we can become addicts of things, ideas, events, emotions, substances and so much more, but as long as we continue to call ourselves addicts, and we continue to declare to ourselves that we have addictive behaviors, and we need something to replace something, we will always experience just that..."Being an addict."

We need to face and accept the truth..it is everywhere.

It wasnt until I changed my decisions in myself to become a better human being, that I was able to get a handle on my habits and behavioral patterns. I did it naturally by learning to listen within myself what is good for me, and what isn't, and what I should and shouldn't do, and most important of all, I had to get to the root cause within myself of "why" I had created those habits. Once I figure that out, I think around age 17 or 18, then I was able to dive within myself and transform the very addictive personality that "I was born with and couldnt be changed" due to my parents, and grandparents, and entire family being previous users and abusers, to a very well balanced, happy human condition....all without books, PHDs, therapists, or meds.

I understand that certain people can be more susceptible to creating an addictive behavior than others, but even if we look at the world today, I can bet that at least 95% of the people here on the earth are addicted to something, one way or another. Or maybe it's 99.9%...

The question we need to ask ourselves is, how do we control ourselves and our emotions better, so that addictions dont run our lives?

The answer is very simple, but remember, simplicity is equivalent to profoundness....

We choose to do so.....and then we practice.
And we use 4th Dimensional Thinking.

(This is getting too long, soorrrryyy.....But Thanks for reading, I will have to extend this into a part 2 .)

Have a great day!

5 Steps to Help You Make The impossible Things Become Possible!

Have you ever been in a situation that requires a lot of effort, a tremendous amount of time, and an extensive application of energy? Have you ever been in that situation, and then felt like you just cant do it? Did you feel like it wasn't possible, or you put everything you had, and it just wasn't good enough? Were you experiencing failure after failure, and becoming frustrated and worn out because you just cant do it, or things just weren't going the way you planned?

Did you blame your friends? Did you blame the economy? Did you blame your boss, or your business, or your dog? Did you blame the weather, or the shoes or... the couch for being so comfortable and never doing anything besides just sitting around all day and staring at the t.v.?

Well, let me ask you another question... Did you ever stop to think that maybe it was your own self that was getting in the way of your success? Or rather , did you ever think that maybe it was your own habits, decisions and thoughts that were preventing you from being that millionaire? or Preventing you from having the love life you've always wanted? or prevented you from the promotion, or the new car, or the happiness that you deserve?

Because most of the time, it is! MOST of the time it is our own selves that get in the way of our own success. Whatever success means for us. Whatever outcome we desire to experience, it is usually our habits, our patterns, out thinking, our stubbornness, and our emotions that prevent us from achieving it. The funny thing is, that these are the same qualities that we need to develop properly and use to achieve success! (I know, I struggled with that for years, totally unconscious that my own intentions, would create my own results.)

But now I have developed that area of my life and consciousness to allow me to do things that many people think are impossible, and the amazing thing, is that you can do the same thing! Yes, you also can make the impossible in your life become possible!

Now, I know that by reading this post, you aren’t going to magically have all of your dreams come dream, and thats not my focus, but what this will do is give you a foundation where you can begin to plant your seeds and start growing you vineyard of making the impossible become Possible in your life!

Step 1 - Be yourself.
This is so important. This is the most important factor of all! It’s so important, that when you truly understand the profoundness of this statement, you wont need anything else to guide you!

Step 2 - Follow your inner
Learn to listen to the feelings inside yourself, they will ring much louder and more clear and honest than any thoughts that you have. Always ask yourself, “What is the right choice to make in this situation?” then listen (This may take a lot of practice and 4th Dimensional Thinking classes to be able to master, but any and every person can do it!)

Step 3 - Pay attention to your thoughts
Many of us are consumed by our thinking, and the problem with that, is that many of us experience a lot of Negative thinking...So we are consumed by negativity. (Being positive isnt always the answer, but it sure does help! ) Practice statements in your thinking like,
“I can”
“I will”
“there is a way”
“Let me find a solution”
“Anything is possible, so how can I make this possible?”
“YES!”
If you practice this type of thinking, you will attract more similar thought particles, which will help you to actually find a solution and solve a problem and be successful!

Step 4 - Accept the truth
I know that the truth is the hardest thing for people to accept. Everything is truth, even the bad things are truth, even lies are truth, you are truth, and truth is truth. So learn to invite it, and learn to accept it. It will give you more happiness and success than you can even imagine!

Step 5 - Dont push the energy, but Never Give Up.
A lot of the time we like to push, and we like to push because we experience the “I want it now syndrome”! (I especially know all about how this and how it works from many results that weren’t the best that they could be!) There is a difference between determination, and obsessiveness. When we are obsessed, we push the energy, we push to get the sale we push to have it our way...We push, and we push it further away!
So begin to use your magnetic abilities and pull! Pull things closer by using balance, persistence, and determination, and pull things closer by tuning your vibrational frequency to the right level. Pull the energy by attracting, and you will experience more success than you even know what to do with! ;)

So put these into practice...and dont wait until tomorrow!! Today is the only real day that you have. Start today by making the impossible things in your life, become possible!
